Admission

Five recent coloured passport size photographs with name, class, admission form number written on their back. Two photos must be pasted on admission form at the specified space.
All Students must be submitted their Punjab Domicile Certificate .3 (Residence) from the first Executive Magistrate.
Migration Certificate, in case of students from other University/Board.
University/Board's DMC Copy of Result of the previous examination.
A certificate of proof of caste/class/border area/sports/defence/terrorist affected/ physically handicapped from a competent authority.

Note- All the candidates belonging to SC/BC and Sikh Minority will get scholarship as per Punjab Government rules and regulations.
